Tracy Suttles  – Manager and President

Tracy Suttles is the Director & Manager of Century Inglewood Development LLC. Mr. Suttles is responsible for the day-to-day management of CID and is extremely active in identifying strategic acquisitions and partnerships for his own commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to founding CID, Mr. Suttles served as sole principal of NBC Properties from 1986 to 2009. During his tenure at NBC Properties he successfully completed over 1,450,000 square feet of new construction and renovation of hotel, residential, and commercial development projects valued at over $750,000,000. NBC Properties also managed 7,000 multi-family residential units, and 1,600,000 square feet of retail/office space. Mr. Suttles is a graduate of Concordia Lutheran University and has served on the Board of Directors of many charitable and business community organizations.

Nathan T. Tuttle, CPA – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tuttle has 30 years of financial and accounting experience within various industries. More than half of those years were spent managing audit teams under stringently budgeted time schedules while analyzing data to determine if company objectives and desired efficiencies were successfully realized. A few of his accomplishments and qualities include the following: Helping to identify fraud and prevent potential or reduce actual fines whereby company officials were paying inflated raw material rates offshore to reduce foreign taxes; recovering approximately $9 million from construction contractors related to erroneous labor classifications and rates, equipment and tool charges, duplicate payments and incentive payments. Revealing excessive compensation related to a Profit Sharing agreement between company and foreign developer that would have cost the company millions of dollars and recovered approximately $750,000 related to fictitious foreign travel expenses. Knowledge of accounting and auditing policies and procedures including GAAP and GAAS.

Craig D. Glover – Vice President

Mr. Craig Glover is a senior analyst to Century Inglewood Development LLC.  Mr. Glover purchased his first single family home and founded his own company, CDG, in 2002. As the sole principal presiding over the growth of the company, he was able to grow CDG from a one person entity to a thriving real estate investment company employing over 20 people on a full-time basis. Mr. Glover is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Glover’s studious and analytical approach to residential acquisition and management is a valuable asset to Century Inglewood Development LLC.

Cynthia L. Chase – Senior Vice President

Mrs. Chase is the Director of Property Management for Century Inglewood Development LLC. She is responsible for daily operations of Century Inglewood Development LLC’s assets. Mrs. Chase has over 25 years of successful experience in residential and commercial asset management. She is a Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Apartment Property Supervisor and holds the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager. She is a graduate of Texas State University.
